Practice Manager, Anna Dorris: Anna is originally from Atlanta and grew up in Marietta. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 3.5 years with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Before joining Dr Sinervo’s Center, she was the Operations Manager for a large retail chain. Anna loves college football (Hook em' Horns!), yoga, hiking and camping, music and helping others. She has an affinity for health, fitness and wellness, and also loves animals (including her two adorable puppies!). After joining the CEC in 2016, her expertise, leadership and dedication to the Center and our patients quickly led to rapid promotion through the ranks to Practice Manager. "All of the CEC staff, from our surgeons to the front office, are truly amazing individuals," says Anna. We think she is amazing too, and we're so glad to have her managing our Center and helping our international patients.

Victoria Novak, PA-C, CEC Physician Assistant: Victoria is a nationally Board-certified PA. A native Texan, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Texas in San Antonio and then earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah, GA. Before joining the Center, she worked in Orthopedic Surgery for several years and Urgent Care before that. "I am thrilled to work in a field where I can help empower patients to live their best lives," she said. Victoria enjoys playing pickleball and watching Netflix. Her favorite thing is spending time with her family and watching her baby grow.

Wendy K. Winer, RN, BSN, CNOR, RNFA: Wendy has spent her illustrious career, spanning more than 40 years, operating on patients from around the globe, many with incredibly complex presentations. She has also taught countless practitioners the art and science of surgery and contributed immeasurable content to the global literature on the disease, operating room safety, superior patient care, nursing care, state of the art surgical technologies and much, much more. There is no better known and more respected MIGS RNFA/endometriosis surgical nurse anywhere in the world. From doing your exams and triaging your care to providing clinical expertise, CEC Head Nurse Michelle Gallagher, RN, BSN, who joined the Center after running Dr Sinervo’s operating room for many years, and Britney Massey, B.Sc. bring their combined decades of advanced medical experience and expertise to our patient family. Their dedicated attention will reassure you as you work with them on your treatment plan and health needs from preop until long after your surgery has been done. Their warm beside manners will bring you comfort and assist you along your healing journey with compassion and expertise.

Billing Expert, Terry Izen, CEC Claims Specialist: Terry joined our Center many years ago, bringing expertise, diligence, compassion and grace to our financial operations. She will help you with all billing aspects of your case in her warm, understanding and friendly manner and do all she can to answer your questions. If you have concerns related to the billing side of your case, Terry can help. There is no one better suited to assist you with the financial aspects of your journey with the CEC.

Business Administrator, Zuzana Lorinc, MMathPhys: Zuzana brings her incredibly dynamic decades of corporate expertise to the Center. She holds dual post-graduate degrees in both Mathematics and Physics and brings an impressive lifetime career experience of management, business development, compliance and interpersonal expertise to the CEC as our Business Administrator. Heather Guidone, BCPA is the CEC’s Program Director. She manages the CEC’s comprehensive multidisciplinary care program, facilitates the Center’s clinical research, education, awareness, and legislative/policy endeavors and coordinates the CEC’s MIGS/Endometriosis Surgical Fellowship endeavor. She is also someone who has personally struggled with advanced endometriosis and pelvic pain gynepathologies, and her lived experiences bring unique perspectives to her professional works and fuel her passion to effect change. She looks forward to helping guide your CEC journey with compassionate understanding.

CEC Surgical Coordinating Team: Surgical Care Coordinator Tifany Bostwick brings decades of knowledge and care to coordinating all aspects of Dr Sinervo’s surgeries to the CEC team. Her warmth, unmatched skills and compassion put our patients at ease as she helps prepare them for their procedures. Surgical Care Coordinator for Dr Eugenio-Colon, Natasha Molina, also has years of compassionate experience, vast efficiency, and a bright, sunny nature that will help you feel confident as you schedule your surgery with Dr Eugenio-Colon. Using her vast knowledge and skills of a complex industry, she works with our patients on their benefits and costs, helping them to understand all the financial and insurance-related aspects of their case with us upfront. The heart of the CEC’s Front Offices: CEC Administrator, Shannon Mckinney, will help get your office and telehealth appointments scheduled, process your employment and disability claims, coordinate your visits, and assist you with every aspect of your care before, during and after surgery. Medical Assistants Arielle Frank and Alex Frank bring the smiles and will put you at ease as they care for you before, during and after your appointments and surgery with us. Whether accompanying you during your exam or helping you with records, forms, operative reports, appointments, and anything at all related to your care at our Center, these amazing teammates will be happy to assist you with genuine compassion and expertise.
